Casa Matilda is a spacious, detached villa with air conditioning and a private pool, set in a breathtaking location with 360-degree views over the rolling hills of southern Le Marche.
The villa is situated between Montalto delle Marche and Carassai, just 25 minutes from the Adriatic coast at Cupra Marittima, and consists of two comfortable apartments, each with two bedrooms and air conditioning.
Apartment Viola, on the ground floor, is modern and spacious, offering two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a large covered private terrace. It accommodates 4 to 6 guests.
Apartment Rosa, on the first floor, also features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a generous rooftop terrace with stunning views. This apartment sleeps 4 to 5 guests.
Swimming pool
The fully fenced swimming pool (5 × 10 m) includes a jacuzzi and a shallow area for small children. Below the pool area, you’ll find showers, toilets, a laundry room with washing machine, and covered parking spaces.
Additional uncovered parking is available at the front of the villa.
Garden
Casa Matilda sits on a spacious, fenced property with olive and fruit trees, a large lawn around the pool, and various play facilities.
Younger children can enjoy a play area with a swing, seesaw, and sandbox, while older children will love the trampoline, foosball table, and ping pong table. A hammock in the garden invites you to relax.
A barbecue and pizza oven are located by Apartment Viola and are available for use by both apartments.
Accessibility and parking
Casa Matilda is easily accessible via a paved road and has an electric entrance gate.
Covered parking is available behind the pool, with additional uncovered parking in front of the villa.

The villa is just 2 kilometers from the village of Carassai, where you’ll find shops and amenities for your daily needs.
From the house, garden, and pool, you can enjoy spectacular views all the way to the Sibillini Mountains.
Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed by the friendly owner with a local aperitivo full of regional delicacies.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this very nice house in Italy with seven friends! The house itself is beautifully, spacious, and clean. The garden is a highlight, it is very well maintained, featuring exquisite flowers. There’s plenty of space to relax, with various cozy spots perfect for unwinding with a book or enjoying a dinner with friends or family. The swimming pool is very big, complete with a hot tub. The expansive view over Le March region us simply breathtaking, making it the perfect for a day of relaxation. In addition to the beautiful accommodation, the location is also super! There are charming villages nearby, nice beaches, and wine tasting experiences just a short drive away. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in Italy with all the comforts and more, this house is an absolute must-visit.
