Apartment Ugo (128 m²) is the largest apartment and is located on the ground floor. The entrance is accessible from both the front (via the outdoor stairs) and the rear near the pool. Suitable for 6 to 8 guests.
Living Room & Kitchen
Upon entry, the hallway leads to all rooms. The spacious living room features a cosy sitting area with fireplace and TV, a large dining table, and a workspace by the window. In one corner, there is a bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, and bidet.
The kitchen, adjacent to the dining area, opens onto a covered terrace with views of the pool. It is fully equipped with a gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave.

The apartment features a large covered terrace with dining table and chairs, directly connected to the garden and swimming pool. At the back of the house, there is also a smaller covered terrace at the top of the exterior stairs.

The agriturismo is just a few kilometers from the lively town of Montalto delle Marche, where all amenities are available. The location offers complete privacy, just 20 minutes from the coast and 45 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains.

Both apartments have a covered private terrace with dining table, set in the garden.
Garden and Pool
The garden and swimming pool of Agriturismo della Frutta are fully fenced – ideal for families with children. The pool (5 × 12 m, 1.40 m deep) is surrounded by loungers, parasols and pergolas for shade. The spacious garden includes a fenced grass area and a trampoline where children can play freely.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the vegetable garden, and the friendly hostess regularly brings fresh fruit and homemade cake.
Accessibility and Parking
The agriturismo is easily accessible via a quiet dead-end road just off the main route. The property is enclosed with a gate and offers ample parking at the side of the house.

What a wonderful house this is. Lots of privacy and well located in relation to villages, the beach, etc. The welcome by the owner was very friendly, with fresh fruit that was regularly replenished. The swimming pool was cleaned daily. The layout of the house is very spacious. Despite the absence of air conditioning, the house remained cool.
