The villa consists of two stylish apartments with a total of 6 to 7 bedrooms, 6 luxury bathrooms, and air conditioning.
Suitable for 14 guests. Outside the high season, the apartments can also be rented separately for smaller groups.

House layout

This characterful holiday villa has been lovingly decorated by the Italian owners with quality furnishings and family heirlooms, creating a warm and luxurious atmosphere.

Lower floor
The lower apartment has its own entrance via an external staircase and features a private terrace with stunning views over the rolling hills.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with an open kitchen fully equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, and all the essentials.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a luxury bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.

Upper floor
The upper floor spans three levels and includes four bedrooms, four luxury bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, and a cosy attic lounge-bedroom.

The entrance on the ground floor opens to an elegant hallway with access to the main living-dining room, two double bedrooms with bathrooms, the kitchen, and a utility room with washing machine.
The living area includes a large dining table for 8–10 people, a comfortable seating area, and a smart TV.
A small staircase leads to the kitchen, fitted with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and all kitchen necessities. From here, you walk straight out to the outdoor terrace.

On the mezzanine level is the third bedroom with a double bed and a very spacious en-suite bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet.
The attic level features a cosy living-sleeping space and, behind it, a fourth double bedroom with en-suite bathroom including a sink, spacious shower, toilet, and bidet. Two additional beds are available in the living area.

Outdoor living & pool
In front of the upper apartment lies a spacious terrace shaded by a tree, with a dining table and 360° views of the hills. From here, you can walk into the pine grove with with comfortable lounge sofas.
Just below is the 6 x 12 metre infinity pool with shallow children’s area, sun loungers and parasols.
Magical location
Colle San Lorenzo is a beloved spot in the region. Once the setting for local festivals and picnics, the estate is now available exclusively for guests.
The small chapel can be visited and is also available as a wedding venue.

Flexible rentals
Outside the high season, you can also rent just one of the two apartments – always with exclusive use of the grounds and facilities.
The lower apartment is suitable for 4–5 people, the upper for 4–10.
The booking system automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests entered.

Accessibility & parking
The villa is easily reached via a paved road and has a private driveway with gate and shaded parking spaces.
