Casa Vitale is a beautifully restored farmhouse within walking distance of the village of Carassai, ideally located between the Adriatic coast and the Sibillini Mountains. Surrounded by olive groves and a landscaped garden with an infinity pool, Casa Vitale is an authentic Italian villa with a touch of luxury.
The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. Inside you’ll find a spacious living room with fireplace, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and several cozy sitting areas. Outside, multiple terraces, a barbecue area, and of course the pool with panoramic views await.

Ground Floor
The front door opens into a large open-plan living and dining area, with a fireplace for cooler days, comfortable sofas and armchairs, and a large dining table. Adjoining this space is a small study with a SKY TV and a well-stocked library of books and DVDs.
The kitchen is one of the highlights of the house: modern, fully equipped, and beautifully designed. It includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, large American-style fridge freezer, and high-quality cookware, dishes, and cutlery. From here, French doors open to a terrace with an outdoor dining table and stunning views of the Adriatic Sea.
There is also a bathroom with shower and a laundry room on the groundfloor.
The living and dining area has underfloor heating, making it comfortable year-round. Two terraces each offer their own atmosphere: one with views of Ripatransone, furnished with comfortable chairs and coffee tables, and another next to the kitchen with a barbecue and outdoor dining table.
On a lower level of the grounds lies the infinity pool, with wide views across the hills.
First Floor
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The children’s room is light and playful, with two single beds, its own TV/DVD player, a children’s library, and sea views. A second twin room offers a more classic style, also with sea views.
The master bedroom has a double bed and dual-aspect windows overlooking both the Adriatic coast and the hilltop town of Ripatransone. Next to this room is a bathroom with a washbasin, toilet and a bathtub with shower. The fourth bedroom features a double bed, a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, toilet and shower.
All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans that provide a refreshing breeze in summer.
Throughout the house, stylish and comfortable furnishings create a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern accents. Original artwork and photography decorate the walls, while all windows are fitted with screens to let fresh air in and keep insects out.
Location
The beaches of Cupra Marittima and Grottammare are just a 15-minute drive away, while mountain lovers can reach the Sibillini range within an hour. Casa Vitale is the perfect base to enjoy authentic Italy – from sun and sea to mountains and picturesque villages.

A wonderfully spacious house in a peaceful location. Tastefully furnished as a second home by the British owners. Very well-equipped kitchen and complete inventory. Excellent Wi-Fi. Beautiful large garden. Fantastic sunny position with stunning views, including sea views. Large infinity swimming pool. Excellent location, within walking distance of the authentic village of Carassai with its charming village café. The coast is just a 15–20 minute drive away. The service and communication with the property manager are excellent. The garden and pool maintenance, as well as the cleaning, are of a very high standard. If needed, communication with Anne is, as always, efficient and friendly.
