La Chiesa, originally a church built in 1757, has been lovingly transformed into an atmospheric and luxurious holiday home for 2 to 4 guests (+ additional baby/child).
It is set on a hill near the village of Capodarco, just 2 km from the lively coastal town of Porto San Giorgio.
La Chiesa is located just outside Capodarco, close to Porto San Giorgio and the historic town of Fermo. This 80 m² holiday home spans two floors and features 2 bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms, a spacious living area, and a modern kitchen. The beautifully landscaped garden with sea views completes the experience.
Layout
On the ground floor, you’ll find an open living space with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a cosy sitting area with smart TV. French doors open directly onto the garden.
There’s also a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, and a separate laundry room with washing machine and utility sink.
Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds (plus an optional cot).
The second bathroom includes a sink, spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet.
Garden
The enclosed garden is a peaceful haven filled with olive trees, flowers, and various seating areas in both sun and shade. Enjoy al fresco meals under the parasol, barbecue on warm days, or relax on the sun loungers.
There’s a covered private parking space, and guests are welcome to use the herb garden.
During renovation, original features such as the old entrance portal with a 1757 engraving were lovingly preserved.
