Casa Indaco is a charming and spacious country holiday house near the picturesque village of Monte Rinaldo, lovingly renovated in the traditional Le Marche style.
The holiday home offers air conditioning, a private swimming pool, a generous patio, and a large veranda with lounge sofas and panoramic views over the rolling hills.
With 4 bedrooms, an optional extra room, and 3 bathrooms spread over three floors, Casa Indaco is perfect for 8 to 10 guests.

The holiday home has been owned for several years by its Italian-English hosts and has been lovingly renovated over time. It is a very large house with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The layout is as follows:
Ground Floor
Through the central entrance, you enter a spacious living room with fireplace, TV, and three comfortable sofas. On the other side, you'll find the billiards room with a pool table. Adjacent is the large country kitchen, equipped with a 6-burner stove, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and a dining table for 8–10 guests.
This floor also features a modern bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. From the living room, kitchen, and hallway, you step directly onto the patio with the swimming pool. The covered veranda offers a large dining table and lounge sofa. Around the pool (6 × 12 m) are luxurious loungers and parasols.
Please note: due to the location of the pool directly next to the house and without fencing, only children with a swimming certificate are allowed.
First Floor
Two spacious double bedrooms and a luxury bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet.
The third room is a walkthrough room (to the second floor) with a pull-out bed (suitable as single or double) and access to a large rooftop terrace.
Second Floor
Two large bedrooms, separated by a small washroom with toilet and sink.
One room features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom; the other has two double beds – ideal for families or children.
Facilities
Air conditioning in all bedrooms (except the walkthrough room) and in the kitchen. All windows have insect screens and shutters.
Accessibility & Parking
Casa Indaco is located on a quiet, paved road with its own driveway and electric entrance gate. There are several parking spots in front of the house, and a free charging station for electric cars.
Location
The villa sits in a peaceful valley with a gently sloping garden full of fruit trees. Within minutes you reach Monte Rinaldo, a charming hilltop village with archaeological heritage.
Its location between the Sibillini mountains and the Adriatic Sea makes it the perfect base for both nature and beach lovers.

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa! An absolute recommendation! The lovely, spacious and clean house, the swimming pool, the peace and privacy, the fantastic views and the charming veranda where we enjoyed the sunsets in the evening made us want to stay longer, so we extended our stay. We have booked a holiday home through Anne several times before, but with this house, everything really came together. What a fantastic place! The house is wonderfully spacious and beautifully laid out, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. And then there’s also a pool table – we had great fun playing a game every day. The outdoor space is fantastic too. The swimming pool, the beautiful views, the spacious veranda and the lovely area around the pool make it absolutely complete. We had very pleasant contact with the owner. We received quick replies, as well as some great and useful tips about the area and restaurants.
