Ground Floor
On the ground floor, you enter a spacious hallway with fireplace, stylishly separating it from the living area.
The open kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and American-style fridge.
From the dining area, French doors lead out onto the covered terrace and garden.
There is a family bathroom with bathtub and rain shower, and a large master bedroom with French doors to the veranda.
This room features an extra-large double bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with double sink, spacious walk-in shower with dual rain heads, and toilet.
The sleeping and bathing areas are elegantly separated by built-in wardrobes offering plenty of storage.
First Floor
The upper floor includes four comfortable double bedrooms, two of which have direct access to the rooftop terrace.
This level also has a third bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
In one of the bedrooms, the beds can be set up as two singles, and an extra bed can be added if desired.
Garden & Pool
The fully enclosed garden offers both sun and shade, with several seating areas and lounge terraces.
Under the veranda and by the pool, you'll find luxury dining tables and outdoor seating.
The pool (5 × 10 m) is open from April through October.
