The property is furnished with great attention to detail and finished with high-quality materials. The villa is spread over two floors and each space has a refined and stylish appearance. Thanks to the generous dimensions and large windows, a bright and spacious atmosphere is created throughout.
The outdoor area also offers a special experience, with an attractive infinity pool and a stunning panoramic location among the vineyards.
This stylish villa has a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Ground floor
You enter the villa through a very spacious entrance with a cozy seating area around a round pellet stove. Adjacent is a large open living space with plenty of natural light thanks to the large windows. Centrally located is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with cooking island. At the front there is a generous dining table and at the back is the seating area with fireplace, comfortable sofas and television.
Through French doors you reach a covered terrace on the side of the villa, equipped with a large dining table and barbecue.
From the spacious hallway there are 2 double bedrooms, both with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. One bathroom has a washbasin, bathtub, toilet and bidet. The other is equipped with a washbasin, spacious walk-in shower, toilet and bidet.
In addition, there is a guest toilet with laundry area on the ground floor.
At the rear of the villa, accessible via the French doors in the living area, there is a spacious terrace with lounge sofas where you can peacefully enjoy the beautiful view over the hills towards the town of Ripatransone, situated on top of the hill.
First floor
Via an elegant design staircase you reach the first floor. Here there are 4 bedrooms, one of which has a mezzanine with 2 additional beds. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom.
One bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, spacious walk-in shower, toilet and bidet.
A second bedroom has a double bed, a mezzanine with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, spacious walk-in shower, toilet and bidet. This room has access to the large roof terrace.
The other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds and each has a private bathroom with washbasin, walk-in shower, toilet and bidet, and also have access to the terrace.
The spacious roof terrace, which also features an outdoor shower, is the ideal place for an aperitif while enjoying the view and the sunset.
All rooms in the villa are equipped with air conditioning.
Outdoor living
The villa is located in a panoramic position, surrounded by a beautiful spacious garden with views over the surrounding landscape. The view stretches from the Adriatic coast and the rolling hills of Le Marche to the Sibillini mountains and the well-maintained vineyards of the owner. This organic winery is known for its very good wines, making the stay extra special.
Swimming pool
The 6 x 12 meter infinity pool overlooks the breathtaking landscape and is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The pool can be fenced off from the garden.
It is open from May 1 to September 30.
Accessibility & parking
The property is accessible via a tree-lined, well-maintained driveway. There is ample private parking available for guests.
Extra services
A visit to the owner’s vineyards and wine cellar is highly recommended. The winery is highly regarded in the region for producing organic quality wines. The owner offers the opportunity for a pleasant wine tasting in his tasting room, within walking distance of the villa.
Location
The villa is located on a hill with beautiful views over the landscape, near the historic village of Ripatransone in the south of Le Marche.
The beach of the popular seaside town Grottammare is only a 10-minute drive away. This is one of the seaside resorts on the “Riviera delle Palme”, between Cupra Marittima and San Benedetto del Tronto. Here you will find kilometers of promenades with fine sandy beaches, shallow water and numerous beach bars and restaurants, with a lively atmosphere well into the evening.
