Description

Villa Calanchi is a luxurious, modern holiday villa in the south of Le Marche, featuring a private pool, air conditioning, and panoramic views across rolling hills dotted with vineyards, olive trees, and sunflower fields.
This spacious villa with four bedrooms accommodates up to 10 guests – ideal for a large family or two families travelling together.
Set in a peaceful and private location, partly surrounded by trees, yet just a 25-minute drive from the beaches of Grottammare.
From the garden, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of charming medieval villages perched on the surrounding hills.

House layout

Upon arrival, the spacious veranda immediately catches the eye – with lounge seating and views of the pool and surrounding landscape. On the other side of the veranda, you’ll find a table tennis table and a foosball table.

Ground floor
Entering through the hallway, you arrive in the large living room with fireplace, bar area, and wide windows overlooking the pool.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and a dining table for 10 people.
From the kitchen, you step straight out onto the terrace, where you’ll find a long dining table, barbecue, and natural shade.
Children can enjoy themselves with a playhouse, swing, scooters, and plenty of toys.
Next to the living room is a bathroom with shower, toilet, and storage space.

First floor
A wide staircase leads to the first floor with the bedrooms. On the landing is a play and work area – ideal for remote working or quiet relaxation. Right next to it is the laundry room with washing machine, sink, and all the essentials.
From here, you walk straight onto the spacious rooftop terrace – perfect for drying laundry or simply enjoying the view.
There are four air-conditioned bedrooms and a spacious bathroom: two rooms with double beds, one with three single beds (two of which can be joined into a double), and a children’s room with a single bed and a bunk bed.
The upstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet, and bidet.
All rooms are fitted with insect screens, and extra beds are available on request.

Grounds and pool
The grounds are fully enclosed and accessible via an electric gate.
The 11 x 5 metre pool includes a shallow area for children, is completely fenced, and surrounded by a sun deck with loungers, parasols, and lounge seating.

Accessibility and parking
The villa has its own driveway with gated access and ample parking within the property.

Surroundings
Villa Calanchi is located between the charming towns of Cossignano and Montalto delle Marche, with highlights such as Offida and Ripatransone nearby.
The Adriatic coast, including the popular seaside resorts of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto, is easily reached.
The area is a picturesque patchwork of sunflower fields, olive groves, and vineyards – perfect for those seeking peace and the good life.
