Casa la Cuma is a stylishly restored holiday home for 4 guests (+ 2 children), quietly located near the archaeological site of La Cuma in Monte Rinaldo, Le Marche.
The former church has been transformed into a luxurious residence with a modern interior, air conditioning, two bedrooms, and a private swimming pool.
Surrounding the house is a beautifully landscaped, fenced garden with stunning views of the Aso Valley and the surrounding hills – an ideal retreat for those seeking peace, comfort, and privacy in authentic Italy.
Ground floor
You enter on the ground floor into a spacious hallway with stairs leading upstairs. On the left is a large living area with a designer kitchen, dining table for six, seating area with sofa bed, fireplace, and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, and washing machine.
French doors open onto the veranda with dining table and lounge area, overlooking the garden and pool.
To the right of the entrance is a spacious double bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. This bedroom is not equipped with air conditioning.This floor also features a second bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and bidet.
Upper floor
A wide staircase leads to the upper level with a cozy sitting area by the fireplace, a second spacious double bedroom, a modern bathroom, and – from the landing – access to a large roof terrace with breathtaking views of the hills and the archaeological site.
Wooden beams and original roof tiles create a warm, authentic atmosphere throughout.
Garden and pool
The villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped, fenced garden with plenty of privacy. The pool (5×10 m) sits slightly lower and is surrounded by greenery. Outside, there is also a jacuzzi, a ping pong table, and a BBQ for ultimate outdoor enjoyment.
Accessibility and parking
Casa la Cuma is located on a well-maintained paved road and has its own private parking space.
Location
The Adriatic coast is only 20 minutes away, and the Sibillini National Park can be reached in about 30 minutes.

A wonderfully cosy home in a lovely location. Everything you need is provided. A real bonus for us was the veranda/covered terrace – whether it was raining or the sun was shining brightly, it was always a great place to sit outside. We received a warm welcome from Caterina. After that, it was time to relax, unwind, and of course enjoy the beautiful Le Marche!

Together with two couples, we enjoyed Le Marche and the beautiful, fully equipped house. There is now even a jacuzzi in the garden, which was wonderful. There is a lovely large veranda where you can relax during the day when it is warm and in the evening when it cools down. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the kind Italian owners, who gave us all the necessary information and explanations. And once again, we had pleasant contact with Anne. Thank you very much!
