The heated pool (5 × 10 m) features a hydromassage corner and is set within a beautifully landscaped garden with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants.

At the end of the pool, there is a covered veranda with a comfortable seating area.
The villa also has a gym in a garden house and several dining and seating areas in both sun and shade.
