Apartment Azzurro (55 m²) is centrally located on the ground floor of the main building at Countryhouse Colleverde, with its entrance under the outdoor staircase between Apartments Indaco and Violetto.
This spacious apartment is suitable for 5 to 6 guests and includes air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy living-dining area with an open fireplace, TV, and a double sofa bed.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas hob, and refrigerator.
There are two bedrooms:
– one with a double bed,
– one with two single beds.
The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
Covered terrace
Outside, there is a shared covered terrace at the corner of the building, with a private seating area and dining table – a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the garden and the rolling hills of Le Marche.

The renovated farmhouse consists of two buildings with a total of 9 comfortable apartments, suitable for 2 to 6 guests.
Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a clean bathroom.
Some units also feature a dishwasher and private terrace.
Facilities
Children can safely play on the large lawn with playground equipment in the fenced garden.
The spacious swimming pool (8 × 16 m) is also fenced and includes a whirlpool and a separate children's pool.
A wellness area with sauna and massage is located in the annex.
There is also a shared barbecue for guests to use.

Fijn ruim en schoon appartement in Countryhouse Colleverde. Wij hadden het appartement met het overdekte terras. Alles schoon en hele vriendelijke gastvrouw (en lief hondje Kimmie). Goed onderhouden terrein. Heel veel fijne restaurantjes in de buurt en dicht bij de zee. Anne had een super uitgebreide informatie map voor in het appartement verzorgd. Complimenten voor Viva la Casa en de eigenaresse.

Wij hebben enorm genoten met onze 2 dochters van deze prachtige plek! Het appartement, zwembad, tuin en speeltuin waren schoon en goed onderhouden. De eigenaresse is erg aardig, behulpzaam en praat goed engels. Je voelt je echt welkom! De uitgebreide informatie map van Viva la casa is super fijn, hier hebben we heel veel gebruik van gemaakt! Zelfs Anne van viva la casa komt bij je langs om te kijken of alles naar wens is. Dat maak je niet meer zo snel mee tegenwoordig!
