The generous kitchen-living area, the largest of all 4-person apartments, is fully equipped with an induction hob, combi oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, and extractor fan.
There is a dining table for four, a cozy lounge area with a luxury sofa bed for two extra guests, and a smart TV.
French doors lead directly to the private terrace.
The bedroom features a comfortable box spring bed (180 × 200) and also offers direct access to the terrace via French doors.
The modern bathroom includes a spacious walk-in rain shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

The terrace stretches across the entire width of the apartment, is partially covered, south-facing, and offers complete privacy.
It’s furnished with a dining table for four, a lounge sofa, and boasts a gorgeous view of the sea and surrounding greenery.

The Apartments
The property offers eight modern apartments, each with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a private terrace.
Four apartments have one bedroom; the other four have two.
All apartments feature:

The underground garage provides space for eight cars and an EV charging station.
A shared laundry room is located in the basement next to the garage.

First floor: Dea Cupra, Diana, Cerere (4 guests each), Venere (6 guests)
Each apartment is accessed via a key card, which also opens the entrance gate.

Enclosed Garden
The fenced estate is accessed through an electric gate and offers a beautifully maintained garden with olive trees, flowers, a lawn for play, and shaded sitting areas.
At the garden house with pizza oven, the hosts regularly organize pizza or barbecue evenings.
Guests are welcome to use the herb garden.
Swimming Pool with Sea View
A short walk away is the saltwater pool (6 × 12 m) with panoramic views of the sea, a sun terrace, loungers, and shaded areas.
Accessibility
The property is easily accessible via a paved road and lies on a hill just outside Cupra Marittima.
You’ll reach the beach in 5 minutes, and the A14 motorway in just 15 minutes.

The apartment was clean. However, the hob was not clean, and the tabletop on the terrace was unusable. The website states that breakfast is included, but that is not true at all. Wasp nests were removed using a vacuum cleaner, so by the next day a new nest was already being built. The grounds around the property were not maintained at all. After we complained, more attention was suddenly given to the maintenance. There was no welcome from the owner upon arrival, and the explanation and tour afterwards were poor. There was also no one present when we left. :-(
