Apartment Pineta is located on the upper level of Colle San Lorenzo and is spread across three floors.
With four bedrooms, four luxurious bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room, modern kitchen, and an additional sleeping area in the attic, this apartment is ideal for 6 to 10 guests.
In front of the entrance lies a beautiful private terrace beneath a tree, featuring a large dining table and breathtaking 360° views of the surrounding hills – the perfect place for outdoor dining or relaxing.
Upon entering through the elegant hallway at ground level, you step into the spacious living-dining room with a long table seating 8 to 10 people, a comfortable lounge area, and a smart TV.
Adjacent are two double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
A small staircase leads down to the large kitchen, fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and all necessary kitchen amenities.
From the kitchen, a door leads to the hallway and back out to the terrace.
From the hallway, a staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where the third bedroom is located – featuring a very spacious ensuite bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet.
On the top floor, you’ll find a cozy living-sleeping area with two extra beds, ideal for children or additional guests, and the fourth bedroom with its own fully equipped bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
Amenities
A shared washing machine is available in the communal laundry room.

The apartments are suitable for 5 to 10 guests, with additional space for babies available on request.
Layout
The villa is divided into two fully independent apartments:
✔️ Apartment Colline is on the ground floor and features 2 bedrooms, 2 luxury bathrooms, and a private terrace with lawn and stunning views.
✔️ Apartment Pineta spans three floors and offers 4 to 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining area, a modern kitchen, and an additional sleeping area in the attic.
Outside, a shaded terrace beneath a tree features a large dining table and panoramic views.
A shared laundry room with washing machine is available in the basement for both apartments.
Outdoor area & pool
The pineta is a wonderfully cool pine grove with hammocks and sitting areas.
Just below it lies the beautiful 6 × 12 metre infinity pool with a shallow area for children, surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, and soon, a comfortable lounge sofa.
Magical location
Colle San Lorenzo is a cherished local spot, now available exclusively as a private holiday rental.
The on-site chapel can be visited and is also available as a wedding venue.
Access & parking
The villa is easily accessible via a paved road with a private entrance, gate, and ample shaded parking.

Beautifully located. A very lovely house, perfectly finished and furnished. Spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Also nice that there is a large living room; handy for rainy days..😬 A great place to explore Le Marche, relatively quiet in terms of tourism, with very nice restaurants where you can eat very well at good prices. The rental was perfectly arranged and the Italian owner is also very welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Col San Lorenzo. The location is truly beautiful with a stunning view. A lovely shady lawn with pine trees where the children could play, a very luxurious swimming pool with every convenience (including a large shallow area for the little ones), and a clean, luxurious holiday home finished to perfection in every detail. The owners do their utmost to make you feel at home. We even received a basket with fresh vegetables and olive oil. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
