On the ground floor of Countryhouse la Chiesetta, on the garden and pool side, lies the largest apartment of the estate: a combination of Appartamento 6 and Appartamento 3. By opening the connecting door, one spacious apartment is created with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for 4 to 7 guests. Guests enjoy several private terraces under the verandas, overlooking the garden and the pool, with plenty of space to relax outdoors.
Layout apartment
From the veranda of Appartamento 6 you enter a bright, open living space with a modern kitchen, dining table, and sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, and microwave. Large French doors connect directly to the terrace. At the back of the living area is a cozy lounge with a comfortable sofa and TV. Here you will also find the connecting door to Appartamento 3, which links the two apartments seamlessly.
A hallway leads to two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, desk, TV, and wardrobe. An additional bed can be placed for a child. The luxurious bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
The second section (Appartamento 3) can be reached through the connecting door but also has its own entrance via the exterior staircase at the rear. It includes another spacious living kitchen with dining area and sofa, equipped with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. From here, you have access to a second private terrace under the veranda.
Next to this living kitchen is the second bathroom, also fitted with a large walk-in rain shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. On the other side is the third bedroom with double bed and a chest of drawers with TV. Adjoining this is a smaller, cozy room with a sitting area and a large wardrobe.
All windows are fitted with screens and curtains. The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Countryhouse La Chiesetta is idyllically located in the hills near Offida, just 25 minutes from the Adriatic coast. This modern retreat offers seven comfortable apartments and a detached cottage, each with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a private terrace. An electric vehicle charging station is also available.
Countryhouse Layout
✔ Appartamento 3: located in the middle of the building with its entrance beneath the external staircase. It features one bedroom and a private terrace under the veranda. This apartment can be connected to Appartamento 6. (Photos of this apartment will follow.)
✔ Appartamento 6: a spacious apartment with two bedrooms, located on the garden side with a view of the pool. It has a private terrace under a covered veranda – ideal for relaxing outside in peace and quiet.
Appartamento 3 and 6 can be combined into one large apartment with three bedrooms by opening the connecting door.
✔ Studio 4 & Studio 5: located on the side of the building, both with a separate bedroom and a cosy private sitting area under the large shared veranda. These sitting areas can be separated with a curtain for extra privacy. Since the studios are right next to each other, they can easily be joined into one spacious apartment via the connecting door – creating a comfortable accommodation for a family or two couples, with a large, covered terrace that can then be used privately.
On the first floor there are 3 more apartments, each with one bedroom:
✔ Appartamento 1: located at the short end of the building with a separate entrance via an external staircase. This apartment offers a lot of privacy thanks to the spacious rooftop terrace, where guests can enjoy uninterrupted views of the surrounding hills. (Photos of this apartment will follow.)
✔ Appartamento 2 & 7: located next to each other on the opposite side of the building, each with their own sitting area on the shared terrace. Curtains can also be used here to divide the space for extra privacy.
Appartamento 2 has its own entrance via an external staircase, while Appartamento 7 is accessible via a metal staircase from the large rooftop terrace. Both apartments have French doors opening onto this terrace, which can be shared if booked together – ideal for two couples or a family travelling together.
✔ Cottage La Casetta: In the garden near the pool, the detached cottage Casetta offers a spacious studio with separate bedroom, modern kitchen, and terrace overlooking the pool.
Garden & Pool
The large garden is surrounded by olive, palm, and fruit trees, and features a pool with waterfall, several sun terraces, lounge areas (under construction), a built-in BBQ spot, and a covered dining area. The charming chapel Madonna della Sanità is also on the property and will soon be available as a wedding venue.
Nature & Central Location
Enjoy walks through the private forest and take in the view of Offida from a quiet bench. Shops, restaurants, and other amenities are just a few minutes away in Offida's lively town center. Grottammare and the mountains are easily accessible by car.
