The modern kitchen-living area is equipped with an induction hob, combi oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, and extractor fan.
There is a dining table for four, a seating area with smart TV, and a high-quality sofa bed that can be transformed into a bunk bed.
French doors lead directly onto the private terrace.
The bedroom features a comfortable box spring bed (180 × 200).
The modern and spacious bathroom includes a walk-in rain shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

The partially covered terrace is quietly tucked away on the garden side with no foot traffic, offering full privacy.

The Apartments
The property offers eight modern apartments, each with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a private terrace.
Four apartments have one bedroom; the other four have two.
All apartments feature:

Each apartment is accessed via a key card, which also opens the entrance gate.

On your private terrace, enjoy a comfortable dining area, a relaxing lounge set, and shady spots.
Enclosed Garden
The fenced estate is accessed through an electric gate and offers a beautifully maintained garden with olive trees, flowers, a lawn for play, and shaded sitting areas.
At the garden house with pizza oven, the hosts regularly organize pizza or barbecue evenings.
Guests are welcome to use the herb garden.
Swimming Pool with Sea View
A short walk away is the saltwater pool (6 × 12 m) with panoramic views of the sea, a sun terrace, loungers, and shaded areas.
Accessibility
The property is easily accessible via a paved road and lies on a hill just outside Cupra Marittima.
You’ll reach the beach in 5 minutes, and the A14 motorway in just 15 minutes.

We rented this apartment through Anne from Viva la Casa. We really enjoyed our stay here. An oasis of peace and quiet! We booked the Flora apartment, which is located on the ground floor and has beautiful views of the coastline. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you need. There is also a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers. The beautifully landscaped garden is another lovely place to relax. There is parking available in the indoor garage, although it can be a little tight to get in with a larger car. Cupra Marittima is about a ten-minute drive away, where you can go to the beach as well as do your shopping. Our host, Alfredo, was an exceptionally friendly and helpful man. He did everything he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. During the week, we received an invitation from Anne to join a wine tasting. At this lovely event, we had the opportunity to meet Anne in person. She is a very enthusiastic woman who can tell you everything about Le Marche. She had organised everything perfectly! All in all, we had a wonderful holiday. We would definitely recommend this place!
