Apartment Aurora is located at the front of Countryhouse Collemare and is the smallest of the 6-person apartments.

Layout
The stylish kitchen-living area is fully equipped with an induction hob, combi oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and extractor fan.
There is a cozy sitting area with a high-quality sofa bed for two, a dining table, and a smart TV.
French doors lead directly to the front terrace.
There are two bedrooms:
– one with a comfortable double boxspring bed and access to the covered side terrace,
– the other with a comfortable boxspring bed (140 cm) and access to the front terrace, where a parasol provides welcome morning shade.
The modern bathroom includes a spacious walk-in rain shower, bidet, sink, and toilet.
Private terraces with sea view
Both terraces offer a stunning view of the sea and are furnished with a dining table for six, a lounge sofa, and a swing chair.
Wi-Fi is of course available.

Four apartments have one bedroom; the other four have two.

Each apartment is accessed via a key card, which also opens the entrance gate.

Enclosed Garden
The fenced estate is accessed through an electric gate and offers a beautifully maintained garden with olive trees, flowers, a lawn for play, and shaded sitting areas.
At the garden house with pizza oven, the hosts regularly organize pizza or barbecue evenings.
Guests are welcome to use the herb garden.
Swimming Pool with Sea View
A short walk away is the saltwater pool (6 × 12 m) with panoramic views of the sea, a sun terrace, loungers, and shaded areas.
Accessibility
The property is easily accessible via a paved road and lies on a hill just outside Cupra Marittima.
You’ll reach the beach in 5 minutes, and the A14 motorway in just 15 minutes.

We had a wonderful holiday! The apartment was lovely, and its location was beautiful and peaceful. The swimming pool was wonderful, and Alfredo was always willing to help and solve any issues if there was anything we needed.

The apartment was wonderful and equipped with every comfort. Alfredo was very hospitable and explained everything clearly. The distance to the beach was a little farther than we had expected, but with an electric bike you can get there in 20 minutes, so it was perfectly manageable. We had some wonderful days.
