Apartment Malva is a spacious and stylish apartment of approx. 100 m² on the ground floor, located next to Apartment Menta.
With two bedrooms, air conditioning, and its own indoor mini pool, it accommodates up to 4 guests.
Layout
Entry is via the large covered private terrace at the rear. Inside, you'll find an open-plan living and dining room with a sitting area, TV, fireplace, and dining table.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner hob, large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine.
There are two bedrooms:
– one with a double bed,
– one with two single beds.
Both rooms feature portable air conditioning.
The apartment has two bathrooms:
– one with a spacious walk-in shower,
– the other with a unique indoor pool (1 × 4 meters) – perfect for relaxing.
Covered private terrace
The covered terrace overlooks the vineyards and is furnished with a dining table for 6, comfortable lounge sofas, and armchairs – ideal for enjoying the peaceful outdoors.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available.
Casale Sotto is part of the Country Resort La Vigna holiday park, beautifully set among vineyards and olive groves, near the medieval town of Acquaviva Picena and just 20 minutes from the Adriatic coast with Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto.
The Apartments
The country house features 8 charmingly furnished apartments (for 1 to 5 guests), all with air conditioning, a private terrace or garden, and access to a large 7 × 35 meter swimming pool with a shallow children’s area.
Luxury sun loungers, play areas, and outdoor seating offer plenty of comfort and relaxation.
The Estate
Casale Sotto is located on a 120-hectare estate and, together with Casale Sopra, forms the Country Resort.
A picturesque country road leads to the domain, where panoramic views over the vineyards and mountains are simply breathtaking.
Location
The location is perfect for those seeking peace, nature, and beach access.
Each apartment includes two sunbeds and bicycles at the beach in Grottammare.
In July, free yoga classes in English are offered on-site for guests.
Guests also have access to three shared barbecue areas.
Accessibility & Parking
Casale Sotto is accessible via a gravel road of a few kilometers.
There is ample parking available at the accommodation.

The property and the holiday home were wonderful, and Antonia was incredibly helpful. The swimming pool was absolutely fantastic! The downsides were the access road (unpaved, very steep, and full of potholes – not very pleasant for the car) and the mosquitoes!! There were so many mosquitoes around our holiday home, both during the day and at night, that sitting outside was almost impossible. Being able to enjoy the outdoors is exactly what we look forward to on holiday, so that was a real shame.
