Apartment Ciliegio is a spacious and atmospheric apartment of approx. 80 m², spread over the ground and first floor of the main house. With no fewer than three private terraces, views of the pool and surrounding landscape, it’s the perfect place for those seeking luxury, peace, and privacy.
Suitable for 2 to 5 guests. It can be rented with 1 or 2 bedrooms and 1 or 2 luxurious bathrooms, one of which includes an infrared sauna.
Ground Floor
Enter via the cooler, quiet north side into the stylish kitchen-living space with high ceilings and an industrial staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and kettle. There's a dining table for 4, a cosy sitting area with two comfortable armchairs, and a TV with Dutch channels.
Next to the stairs is a separate toilet and the first spacious bedroom (optional), with French doors opening onto a covered private terrace on the south side overlooking the pool. This room features a double box spring bed (180×210), clothes rack, seating area, TV, underfloor heating, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower, and a freestanding bathtub.
First Floor
Take the open staircase to a charming upstairs bedroom beneath the wooden roof (20 m²), with another double box spring bed (180×210).
This room is partially open to a very spacious bathroom (20 m²) featuring a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, double sinks, toilet, bidet, and an infrared sauna.
The apartment includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and insect screens.
Outdoor Space
Ciliegio has three private terraces:

– a sun terrace on a higher level of the garden
– and a covered terrace on the south side, connected to the bedroom

The garden is rich with olive trees, fruit trees, flowers and palms, offering space and tranquillity.

Upon arrival, the fridge is stocked with fresh products, bread is already arranged, and a bottle of local wine awaits. Basic kitchen supplies like coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, and washing-up liquid are provided. Every morning around 8:30, fresh rolls are delivered free of charge. Fancy more? You can order a full breakfast daily, including fresh bread, yogurt, fruit, jam, cold cuts, a boiled egg, and coffee or tea.

Bij het zoeken naar locaties kijken wij toch altijd ook naar hoe het is ingericht. Nou, dat is hier top. En zo lekker dicht bij het strand en prachtige steden en dorpen als Ascoli Piceno, Offida en Ripatransone binnen een halfuur rijden. Fantastische restaurantjes in de buurt (zelfs in het dorpje zelf, op een soort van loopafstand). Iedere ochtend vers brood, een voorraad eten en drinken waarmee de je eerste dagen makkelijk uit de voeten kan. Het was warm, dus we hadden graag 's avonds ook nog gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad, maar dat ging helaas niet. Een toplocatie als je van Italiaanse cultuur en natuur houdt!
