Living Room & Kitchen
All rooms are accessed from the hallway. The living room is tastefully decorated with a cosy sitting area by the fireplace and a TV, along with a dining table. The adjacent kitchen is practically equipped with a gas stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and oven. From both the living room and the kitchen, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Le Marche hills.

Both bedrooms are furnished with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Located just 20 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach of Grottammare, it offers a peaceful setting among olive groves, fruit trees, and vineyards. The agriturismo is just a few kilometers from the lively town of Montalto delle Marche, where all amenities are available. The location offers complete privacy, just 20 minutes from the coast and 45 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains.

✔ Apartment Basilide (71 m²) – A spacious first-floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, suitable for up to 5 guests
Both apartments have a covered private terrace with dining table, set in the garden.
Garden and Pool
The garden and swimming pool of Agriturismo della Frutta are fully fenced – ideal for families with children. The pool (5 × 12 m, 1.40 m deep) is surrounded by loungers, parasols and pergolas for shade. The spacious garden includes a fenced grass area and a trampoline where children can play freely.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the vegetable garden, and the friendly hostess regularly brings fresh fruit and homemade cake.
Accessibility and Parking
The agriturismo is easily accessible via a quiet dead-end road just off the main route. The property is enclosed with a gate and offers ample parking at the side of the house.

What a wonderful house this is. Lots of privacy and well located in relation to villages, the beach, etc. The welcome by the owner was very friendly, with fresh fruit that was regularly replenished. The swimming pool was cleaned daily. The layout of the house is very spacious. Despite the absence of air conditioning, the house remained cool.
