Countryhouse Collemare is a recently renovated and stylishly furnished farmhouse with holiday apartements in the hills near Cupra Marittima – just minutes from the beach in southern Le Marche.
This charming rural retreat with swimming pool is run by a welcoming Italian family.
The Apartments
The property offers eight modern apartments, each with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a private terrace.
Four apartments have one bedroom; the other four have two.
All apartments feature:
– a fully equipped kitchen,
– modern bathroom with rain shower and bidet,
– smart TV,
– a cozy living and dining area with a comfortable sofa bed.
The underground garage provides space for eight cars and an EV charging station.
A shared laundry room is located in the basement next to the garage.
Ground floor: Flora (4 guests), Aurora, Proserpine, Giunone (6 guests each)
First floor: Dea Cupra, Diana, Cerere (4 guests each), Venere (6 guests)
Each apartment is accessed via a key card, which also opens the entrance gate.
The apartments are spacious and bright, with induction hob, combi oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ample storage, and stylish furniture.
On your private terrace, enjoy a comfortable dining area, a relaxing lounge set, and shady spots.
Enclosed Garden
The fenced estate is accessed through an electric gate and offers a beautifully maintained garden with olive trees, flowers, a lawn for play, and shaded sitting areas.
At the garden house with pizza oven, the hosts regularly organize pizza or barbecue evenings.
Guests are welcome to use the herb garden.
Swimming Pool with Sea View
A short walk away is the saltwater pool (6 × 12 m) with panoramic views of the sea, a sun terrace, loungers, and shaded areas.
Accessibility
The property is easily accessible via a paved road and lies on a hill just outside Cupra Marittima.
You’ll reach the beach in 5 minutes, and the A14 motorway in just 15 minutes.

We had such a wonderful holiday. The location of the accommodation is perfect: you are completely surrounded by peace and quiet, yet within just a few minutes you can find yourself in the “buzz” again. Our apartment was tidy, clean, and offered plenty of space and privacy. The Paccasassi family are incredibly kind and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. The barbecue was a big success – it was so nice to sit together at long tables in the beautiful garden. We also briefly met Anne, which was lovely! She gave us some great tips. All in all, we had an amazing time and would love to come back again!
