Contea dei Ciliegi is a child-friendly holiday resort near the beach with 10 comfortable apartments, a swimming pool, and a playground – set on a green hillside with stunning views of the Adriatic Sea.
Just a short walk from the lively seaside town of Pedaso, the resort offers the perfect combination of peace, nature, and beach access.
The Apartments
The 10 apartments accommodate 2 to 6 guests and include one or two bedrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, and a private terrace with sea view.
Six apartments are on the ground floor, while the remaining four are on the first floor and accessible via an external staircase or elevator.
All apartments are wheelchair accessible.
Swimming pool and playground
The heated, fenced pool (18 × 7 m) is salt-based and entirely chlorine-free.
It features a shallow kids’ section, hydromassage jets, a waterfall, and geysers.
Next to the pool is a playground with a slide, merry-go-round, and swings, surrounded by trees for natural shade.
Facilities
Guests have access to a shared space with a coffee and soft drink vending machine.
The 8-hectare property offers walking trails, a fitness and barefoot path, picnic areas, and a labyrinth.
All fruit on the estate is organic and can be picked freely.
Sustainable and accessible
The resort was built according to bio-architectural principles, is fully self-sufficient, and focused on ecological tourism.
Access and parking
Contea dei Ciliegi is easily accessible via a paved road with its own driveway and electric gate.
There are ample covered parking spaces and a charging station for electric vehicles.

The recommendations for the local wineries were particularly helpful, with Tenuta Santori 🍷 being our absolute favourite.
