Fichi is a charming, detached cottage of approx. 40 m², located on the pool side of Casa dei Calanchi. Thanks to its position and the covered private terrace with views of the pool and Calanchi hills, you'll enjoy plenty of peace and privacy.

Interior
Inside, you’ll find a spacious living kitchen with a cosy sitting area, comfortable sofa bed, and an LCD TV with Dutch channels.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a combination oven, gas hob, extractor fan, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and a dining table for four.
The large bedroom is openly connected to the living space and features an extra-long double box spring bed (180×210), a freestanding bathtub, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. The toilet is located in a separate room.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a covered terrace at the front of the cottage, with a dining table for four and stunning views of the pool and the surrounding hills.

Outdoor Living
The heated pool (5 × 10 m) is located on the edge of the property, overlooking the rolling hills. Around it you’ll find comfortable loungers, parasols, and peace. In the garden, there is a lovely veranda with an outdoor kitchen and a long dining table – perfect for shared meals or joining a friendly BBQ or pasta evening. The garden is rich with olive trees, fruit trees, flowers and palms, offering space and tranquillity.
Warm Hospitality & Complete Comfort
Upon arrival, the fridge is stocked with fresh products, bread is already arranged, and a bottle of local wine awaits. Basic kitchen supplies like coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, and washing-up liquid are provided. Every morning around 8:30, fresh rolls are delivered free of charge. Fancy more? You can order a full breakfast daily, including fresh bread, yogurt, fruit, jam, cold cuts, a boiled egg, and coffee or tea.
Location & Accessibility
Casa dei Calanchi is tucked away in greenery yet easily accessible via a gravel road. It has a private driveway, ample parking, and a charging station for electric vehicles. The surrounding area is perfect for walking, cycling, and wine tasting.

Bij het zoeken naar locaties kijken wij toch altijd ook naar hoe het is ingericht. Nou, dat is hier top. En zo lekker dicht bij het strand en prachtige steden en dorpen als Ascoli Piceno, Offida en Ripatransone binnen een halfuur rijden. Fantastische restaurantjes in de buurt (zelfs in het dorpje zelf, op een soort van loopafstand). Iedere ochtend vers brood, een voorraad eten en drinken waarmee de je eerste dagen makkelijk uit de voeten kan. Het was warm, dus we hadden graag 's avonds ook nog gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad, maar dat ging helaas niet. Een toplocatie als je van Italiaanse cultuur en natuur houdt!

Casa dei Calanchi heeft het allemaal fantastisch voor elkaar. Alles klopt. De accomodatie zelf ('huisje Fichi') is fantastisch ingericht, met een zeer comfortabel bed, een heerlijke douche en een prima keuken met alles er op en er aan. Een beschutte ontbijtplek buiten is natuurlijk ook aanwezig. Simpelweg, er ontbreekt niks. De rest van de accomodatie is al even uitzonderlijk. Overal zijn uitnodigende zitjes in de prachtig aangelegde buitenruimte/tuin. Het zwembad is prima, de ligbedden zijn comfortabel en het uitzicht is adembenemend. Zoals gezegd, alles klopt. De eigenaren zijn bovendien ook nog eens super. Iedere ochtend verse broodjes, altijd startklaar om hulp te bieden waar nodig, en vriendelijk van 's ochtends vroeg tot 's avonds laat. Wederom, alles is eenvoudigweg top. Niks dan hulde voor deze uitzonderlijke accomodatie op een net zo uitzonderljike locatie.
